I had the opportunity to do my Invisalign journey with Dr Shah, second to none service, honest and clear expectations. I saw the advert on instagram and went in on a whim, not really sure if I was going to go through with the service but the detailed explanation, excellent customer service is what made me stay. Just over a year later of starting my Invisalign, I have finished + had some composite bonding done. I wanted 5 but had 4 because Dr Shah being honest recommended 4 and said it would be cost effective long term. He never provides a service simply for profit but instead what’s best for the patient. The lovely lady at reception always knows your face and name when you come in and always accommodating. The hygienist is amazing and provides a good thorough clean. Overall Dr Shah and his team are truly amazing from being able to contact him via WhatsApp if you have any questions to going above and beyond to accommodate. Even though my Invisalign journey has come to an end, I aim to remain a patient for the foreseeable future for all my dentist appointments. I would recommend this dentist to everyone. Had my Invisalign treatment with Dr Shah and finished around 6 months ago. I would really recommend, I’ve always been a bit afraid of the dentist but I found the whole experience to be really straightforward and the results were excellent and much better than I’d thought possible when I started. Dr Shah was great, answering any questions I had and explaining the process clearly. It’s definitely given me more confidence and I’m really glad that I did it!
